second crafty on-screen appearance

Hearing and seeing myself in video are so odd to me. It's like I'm watching someone totally different - and what about my voice? Who is that? Me? Weird. I can never get used to that.

The first time I saw myself working on a tutorial was when I did an HGTV That's Clever episode a couple of years back. If you'd like to catch a glimpse of my second on-screen tutorial here it is in all it's glory (no laughing please! specially at the part where I start off by saying that I'm going to teach you how to make junk mail instead of junk mail ART!). Natalie filmed this when we met at the Austin Maker Faire in October. What a fun weekend that was. Thank you for posting this Natalie!

Have a great weekend everyone!

  1. That was great! Your voice is fine. Much better than mine! I sound like a 19 year old boy. Sigh.

  3. I love it! It's so easy and I remember making something in grade school with strips of paper but with a cut-out frame on top makes it more interesting! Thank you for the tutorial. :)
